DearWebby is actually Helmut Morscher, the CEO of Webby, inc.
Originally the "Tech Support Pits" were reports of the funniest tech support incidents, but over the years the
column gradually shifted to answering tech support questions put forward by the readers of the Dear
Webby Humor Letter.
This collection of computer and web advice was started partly because readers demanded an archive, and partly
because some questions were asked again and again. Each page has a different day's Tech Support Pits column.

Check out this great Directory Lister pgm. Very small
(292 KB Zipped) and is infinately configurable. No more
go to DOS, type this, type that etc etc. Simply click the
folder(s) you want and what file attributes you want and
voila you have a txt file made out in the blink of an eye.
Couldn't be much easier OM.

I tried it, and it does work. With some playing around and
configuring al the options, it could become a very handy
tool, especially for people who are not comfortable with the
raw DOS command line.
The program is free.
