CTRL + F4
closes a window

ALT + F4
closes a program

CTRL + A
selects everything in the open file

CTRL + C
copies what you have selected

CTRL + V
pastes what you have copied

CTRL + INS
copies what you have selected

SHIFT + INS
pastes what you have copied

SHIFT + DEL
copies AND cuts what you selected

CTRL + Z
reverses the last action if it was a write or delete

CTRL S
SAVES the file you are working on

CTRL + ALT + DEL
brings up the Task Manager

ALT + SPACE
open the menu of the program you are in

ALT + TAB
jumps you to the previously used window

TAB
jumps cursor to the next field in a form

Opens the start menu

+ B
shows if you have new mail

+ D
minimizes open programs

+ E
opens Explorer at the top

+ F
opens the file search

+ L
logging ON and OFF

+ M
"Boss-Alert" Closes open windows

+ M
does not pop them open again.

+ R
opens the RUN box.

+R+calc
opens the calculator

+ U
opens the Utility manager

If you print this in LANDSCAPE mode, you will get a narrow strip that you can lay onto the keyboard above the function keys or paste onto the monitor rim. Reduce the margins to as narrow as possible to make the strip longer and not as high.
